Return & Refund Policy — Go Senior Products

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened supplements or consumables
  • Personal hygiene products (cushions, braces, insoles) once opened
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Sale items or gift cards

How to Start a Return Email us at goseniorproducts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be sent to: 151 N Marian St, La Habra CA 90631. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
